About Me

I began my healthcare career as a surgical technologist while pursuing my nursing degree. As a registered nurse, I specialized in operating room procedures, working as a pre-operative, circulating, and post-operative nurse during the ten years I lived in Detroit, Michigan.

After moving to the Bay Area, I worked with various plastic surgeons as an operating room nurse and as an injector and laser nurse at medical spas. After years of building medical aesthetic experience and mastering the fundamental skills (injecting, using lasers, and refining my procedures), I was ready to go out on my own. In 2007, I opened AmoureSkin in Oakland to run a business of my own and provide personalized skin care.

"Skincare With Love" is my mantra. At AmoureSkin, my mission is to bridge inner beauty and outer radiance. As a boutique medical aesthetic practice, I champion the individuality of each client, offering tailored treatments such as Botox, fillers, and lasers. Rooted in passion and precision, right here in Oakland, I am committed to revealing the finest version of you in a personal, intimate setting. I also offer free consultations, at absolutely no charge, so anyone can get a better idea of what they would like enhanced on their face or body. I believe this has been a key to my success from the start. I only charge when services are actually performed.
